  • Usage data: Technical and non-identifying information such as browser type, pages visited, IP address, and timestamps to help us operate and improve the service.

Uploaded files are retained only for the period required to process the calculation and deliver results. Where temporary files are created on our servers, they are deleted automatically after processing. We retain minimal records (such as payment receipts or support logs) for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support as required by law.
